Upper St Clair Township (Allegheny County): As currently scheduled, township officials will receive bids from pre-qualified prime contractors for the renovations to their administrative building on August 24, 2021 . Four primes (GC, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical will be awarded for the the $7 million project. EPM Architecture of Bradford Wood s is the lead design firm.
