East Stroudsburg PA (Monroe County): As currently scheduled the Pennsylvania Department of General Services will accept bids on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, for construction of a new four story Information Commons Building on the campus of East Stroudsburg University. The state will award contracts for four primes: General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. The estimated construction cost for the facility is in the range of $53 to $66 million.
The lead A/E design firm is EwingCole/WTW Architects of Philadelphia.
