Findlay Township (Allegheny County): Bids for the General Construction portion of Bid Package G for the Terminal Modernization at Pittsburgh International Airport were opened on Tuesday, December 1. This package covers construction of a multi-level parking garage, a customer service building, surface parking areas, and other site amenities.
The apparent low GC bidder is Pittsburgh based Rycon Construction with a bid of $107,225,000.
The Electrical, Plumbing/Fire Suppression, and Mechanical bid packages are currently scheduled to bid on January 12, 2022.
