Clifton Heights, PA (Delaware County): As currently scheduled, the Upper Darby School District will accept bids on December 14, 2023, for the construction of the new 173,000 SF Clifton Heights Middle School.
Contracts will be awarded for four primes: General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. The estimated cost of new construction including site work is $88 million.
KCBA Architects of Hatfield is the lead design firm for the project.
