product offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Customer Support –
Commercial Roofing Products to join our Commercial Roofing Products division.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Customer Support – Commercial Roofing Products role is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of our commercial roofing customer portfolio, ensuring this vital business
segment operates efficiently and profitably. This position calls for a strong, customer-focused
professional who can drive sales growth, manage inventory to meet customer needs, foster
lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, and play a key role in advancing the
overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the
Commercial Roofing Products division.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the commercial
customer base.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and
other industry professionals.
2. Leadership:
Support the recruitment, training, and mentorship of a high-performing sales and
support team.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to
help team members succeed.
Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages innovation,
efficiency, and teamwork.
3. Product Management:
Partner with suppliers to source and maintain a diverse, high-quality range of
commercial roofing products.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and margins to balance profitability with
customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends and innovations to guide informed product
decisions.
4. Financial Involvement:
Contribute to the development and management of the division’s budget,
including revenue forecasts and expense oversight.
Review financial reports and performance metrics to evaluate results and support
data-driven decision-making.
5. Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Implement feedback systems to continuously enhance service quality.
6. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all divisional operations comply with safety regulations and industry
standards.
Remain informed on applicable regulations and implement necessary safety
protocols and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
6–10 years of progressive experience in commercial roofing sales, demonstrating
increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and financial goals.
Strong leadership skills.
Team player.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of commercial building products and industry trends is a must.
