Please note: Membership Dues for Basic and Full are Non-Refundable. Membership in the Pennsylvania Builders Exchange is subject to acceptance by the Board of Directors. If cash, credit, or check is provided as an immediate form of payment and acceptance is then denied, a refund check will be issued.
