Nello Construction is seeking an experienced senior estimator to join our team. Nello construction, a 67 year old General Contractor is based in Carnegie, PA.
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Senior Estimator in new build projects, extensive renovation projects and have the following skill sets
Having successfully Estimated projects from $100,000 to $50,000,000
The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to do material take off using electronic software such as Bluebeam, On Screen Take off, and or Plan swift as well as paper plan take offs.
The ability to successfully review project pre-construction schedules, project specifications, communicate/coordinate with construction managers and architects.
Experience in design build projects and design/bid/build projects
Experience in selective demolition, concrete and carpentry self-perform trades
Experience in the following markets
o Multiple Prime Contract jobs as well as Single Prime
o K-12
o Higher-Education
o Automotive
o Interior renovations/Fit Out
o Retail/Commercial
o Public works
o Private client based projects
