Fredericksburg PA (Lebanon County): Northern Lebanon School District officials opened bids on July 14, 2021 for the construction of a new 183,000 SF elementary school. Bids for the four prime contracts totaled approximately $45 million. Lobar, Inc. of Dillsburg is the apparent low general contractor with a base bid of $30,295,000 . Berwick based Hosler Corporation submitted the low HVAC base bid of $5,079,000. T he plumbing low base bidder at $3,069,900 is Jay R. Reynolds Inc. of Willow Street; the low electrical base bidder at $6,983,472 is McCarty & Son Inc. of Ephrata. Crabtree, Rohrbaugh and Associates of Mechanicsburg is the architect for the project.
