Hampton Township (Allegheny County): Bids were opened and read aloud on July 27, 2021 , for the addition and alterations to Hampton High School. The apparent low base bids for the four contracts (GC, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) totaled approximately $16 million . The low base bidders are: GC: R. A. Glancy & Sons, Inc. of Gibsonia HVAC: East West Manufacturing of Pittsburgh Plumbing: Vrabel Plumbing Co. of Gibsonia Electrical: Merit Electrical Group of Oakmont Contract awards are expected by mid-August .
