Township officials opened bids on August 24 for the renovations to the USC township municipal building.
The apparent lows for the four contracts are:
GC: TBI Contracting at $4,342,500
HVAC: East West Manufacturing & Supply $1,090,000
Plumbing: Shipley Plumbing LLC $932,000
Electrical: Allegheny City Electric $887,000
