Glen Rock, PA (York County): As currently scheduled, the Southern York County School District will accept bids on Thursday, October 28, for a major addition and renovation project at the high school building
The project, estimated at between $41 and 45 million, will include additions of 78,404 SF and renovations of 168,269 SF. With demolition of 61,461 SF, the current 229,730 SF high school will ultimately become a 246,673 SF grades 9-12 facility. This building also houses the District Administrative Offices which are part of this upgraded project.
The owner will accept bids for four primes: General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Lebanon based Beers and Hoffman Architects is the lead design firm. The CM is the Harrisburg office of SitelogIQ.
