R.A. Glancy & Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager. We are located just outside North Park in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. R.A. Glancy is a General Contractor that has been in business since 1947 working in the education, government, and hospital fields. Our project sizes go anywhere from $5,000 to $40mil. We have been awarded numerous safety and project awards both locally and nationally. We would love to have you join our team!!
Job Task Requirements
- Estimating.
- Subcontractor and supplier negotiating.
- Submittal review for submission.
- Onsite full time (typically one project at a time) overseeing/ scheduling daily activities.
- Correspondence with owners, construction managers, architects, and other contractors.
- Construction software knowledge, we currently use Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Engineering and/ or Project Management degree a plus but not required.
